Digital Workplace Manager
Our trusted client, a financial services corporation, is hiring a Digital Workplace Manager to help transform their on‑premises global IT infrastructure into the 365, SharePoint, OneDrive and Power Platform. The chosen Digital Workplace Designer will liaise with operations, architecture and EUC teams to build HLD’s/LLD’s to deliver tailored, future‑proof solutions in line with industry best practices and emerging trends.
Our client is offering up to £75,000 to £85,000 + 15% bonus + 28 days holiday + 14 pension + hybrid working to be based in London (central) on a hybrid basis.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement the Group’s Digital Workplace approach, focusing on performance, resilience, security, and scalability.
- Deliver tailored, future‑proof solutions in line with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment with the Group’s strategic goals and objectives.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the Digital Workplace infrastructure, ensuring it supports business expansion and evolving requirements.
- Ensure strong security protocols and risk management practices are integrated throughout the digital environment.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies to improve the digital user experience.
Key Requirements
- Proven experience designing and implementing Digital Workplace strategies or similar large‑scale IT transformation projects.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, enterprise security, and system scalability.
- Development and delivery of technologies including MS Exchange Online, Office 365, Citrix and Azure.
- Strong experience designing (HLD/LLD) while implementing new technology solutions for Workplace Services.
- ITIL certification, Foundation or above.
