Digital Workplace Designer
Role Overview:
Our trusted client is hiring a Digital Workplace Designer to help assist our client transform their on-premises global IT infrastructure into the 365, SharePoint, One Drive, and Power Platform. The chosen Digital Workplace Designer will liaise with operations, architecture, and EUC teams to build HLDs/LLDs to deliver tailored, future-proof solutions in line with industry best practices and emerging trends.

Our client is offering up to Β£68,000 + 15% bonus + 28 days holiday + 14% pension + hybrid working based in Maidstone, Kent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement the Group\’s Digital Workplace approach, focusing on performance, resilience, security, and scalability.
- Deliver tailored, future-proof solutions aligned with industry best practices and emerging trends.
- Collaborate with IT stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in Digital Workplace infrastructure.
- Ensure security protocols and risk management practices are integrated throughout.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative technologies to enhance the digital user experience.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience designing and implementing Digital Workplace strategies or similar large-scale IT transformation projects.
- Expertise in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, enterprise security, and system scalability.
- Experience with MS Exchange Online, Office 365, Citrix, and Azure.
- Experience designing (HLD/LLD) and implementing new technology solutions for Workplace Services.
- ITIL Foundation certification or above.
