We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Lead to take ownership of the successful delivery of digital and technology initiatives, helping cross-functional teams deliver effectively while embedding strong Agile ways of working. The chosen candidate must have demonstrable experience working within a product/technology environment.
A key part of the role will be developing and improving delivery processes, introducing effective dashboards and reporting, and creating greater visibility around progress, priorities, risks and dependencies.
You’ll work closely with Product, Technology and business stakeholders, removing blockers, improving delivery flow and coaching teams towards becoming increasingly autonomous and high-performing.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of digital products, projects and initiatives from planning through to completion.
- Establish and continuously improve delivery processes, governance and ways of working.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews and Kanban sessions.
- Identify and remove blockers, risks and bottlenecks impacting delivery.
- Develop delivery dashboards, reporting and metrics to provide clear visibility of progress and performance.
- Use measures including Lead Time, Cycle Time, Throughput, Velocity and Flow to improve predictability.
- Coach teams in Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean principles.
- Manage cross-team dependencies and coordinate delivery across multiple stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships across Product, Technology, business teams and third-party suppliers.
- Support distributed teams working across different locations and time zones.
- Strong experience within Delivery Lead, Agile Delivery or Digital/Technology Delivery positions.
- Proven experience establishing or improving delivery frameworks and processes.
- Excellent understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban and Lean methodologies.
- Experience delivering complex initiatives involving multiple teams, stakeholders and dependencies.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery metrics and performance reporting.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, Microsoft Planner and Teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and facilitation skills.
- A collaborative, servant-leadership approach with the ability to coach and develop teams.
- Ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
