Performance Manager – Digital & Online Proposition £45,000–£50,000 + Defined 27% Benefit Pension & Excellent Benefits Permanent | Hybrid – London | 3 Days Onsite per Week The organisation is investing significantly in its digital learning and workplace proposition and is looking for a commercially minded Performance Manager to turn complex data into actionable insight that drives growth, customer engagement, pricing, investment and profitability. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Data, BI or Performance Analyst looking to move beyond traditional reporting into a role with genuine commercial and strategic influence. Working across Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations and Data, you will: Define and monitor commercial and product performance KPIs Analyse customer, product, marketing and financial data to identify growth opportunities Analyse customer acquisition, engagement, retention and profitability Identify trends, risks and opportunities across digital products and customer journeys Translate complex analysis into clear commercial recommendations Help leadership determine where to invest, prioritise and improve Support the continued development of the organisation's data and performance capabilities Strong background in BI, Data Analysis, Commercial Analysis or Performance Analysis Experience analysing digital products, services or customer journeys Strong quantitative and commercial analytical skills Experience with SQL, Excel and BI/visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Looker Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable business insight Experience within EdTech, SaaS, subscriptions or another data-rich digital environment would be beneficial Generous defined benefit pension ~32 days' annual leave in addition to statutory holidays ~ Additional half-day leave on Christmas Eve ~ Flexible working and wellbeing policies ~ Childcare vouchers ~ Season ticket loans ~ Cycle to Work scheme ~ Employee Assistance Programme This is a highly visible role within a major international organisation, offering the opportunity to use data not simply to report on performance, but to directly influence product strategy, commercial growth, pricing and investment decisions across a global digital portfolio.
