Our client is a globally established information services business with dedicated AI engineering teams already delivering in production. Their Commercial AI function spans AI product development, agentic deployments and internal transformation programmes. They're looking for an AI Product Manager who can take business processes apart, work out where bespoke AI agents genuinely change them, and drive those agents from design through to production – working directly alongside the engineering team building them.
You'll have shipped bespoke agents – custom-built, integrated into real enterprise workflows, live in production. Process discipline matters here, but it's table stakes – the differentiator is genuine, hands-on experience delivering agentic AI solutions and enough technical depth to operate credibly inside a fast-moving AI engineering environment.
The role involves:
- Defining, scoping and prioritising AI agent deployments – owning them from concept through build to live enterprise rollout.
- Working day-to-day with the Director of AI Engineering and Principal AI Lead – understanding what the engineers are building without needing it translated.
- Driving adoption of deployed agents inside real workflows – measuring what changed, iterating on what didn't land.
- Reporting directly to the Chief AI Officer, keeping the portfolio visible – progress, risks and blockers surfaced early, in plain commercial language.
Experience required includes:
- Hands-on experience deploying bespoke AI agents into enterprise workflows – not proofs of concept, not out-of-the-box tools. Production deployments you can walk through in detail.
- Around 3–5 years' experience, with formative professional years in the LLM era – thinking agent-first, not process-first.
- Strong grasp of how modern AI systems are built – LLMs, agent frameworks, integrations – enough to interrogate technical decisions credibly.
- Comfortable presenting to C-suite stakeholders – translating technical progress into clear commercial narratives.
- Hungry, high clarity under ambiguity – bringing structure to evolving workstreams without waiting for perfect information, and surfacing bad news early with a proposed fix.
