A global consultancy organization are searching for an experienced D365 Test Analyst to join one of their client’s growing teams in Belfast on a hybrid basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing end-to-end testing of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (CRM/ERP/Power Platform), ensuring systems meet functional and business requirements. The role supports SIT, UAT, and release activities within Agile delivery environments.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Design and prepare test scenarios, test cases, and test data
- Execute functional, integration, end-to-end, and regression testing
- Validate business processes, workflows, and integrations
- Log, manage, and track defects using Azure DevOps or Jira
- Participate in defect triage, retesting, and closure
- Support business users during UAT phases
- Produce test status reports, dashboards, and metrics
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Technical Requirements:
- 4 Years Testing experience
- 1-2 Years Proven Experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM / ERP / Power Platform)
- Strong understanding of SDLC/STLC and testing methodologies
- Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
- Experience in SIT, UAT, and regression testing
