A market leading consultancy organisation are searching for an experienced Project Manager with strong experience working on projects in the rewards/compensation space.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver reward workstreams across key strategic Talent projects, including annual pay review and related compensation cycles.
- Take ownership of end-to-end delivery, from shaping scope through to execution and stakeholder sign-off.
- Build and maintain clear, pragmatic project plans, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Ensure delivery milestones are met, proactively managing risks, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Apply deep reward expertise to advise on compensation design, pay outcomes, and market positioning for the UK and Republic of Ireland.
- Use data and analytics to inform decisions, providing clear, actionable insight to stakeholders.
- Translate complex reward concepts into practical recommendations aligned to business priorities.
- Support the implementation of reward-related changes, including system transitions and process improvements.
- Drive adoption through clear communication, guidance, and stakeholder engagement.
