A global Investment Banking organization is searching for an experienced Senior ServiceNow Engineer with specific experience implementing and supporting GRC modules, IRM, BCM and TPRM to join one of their growing teams in London on a hybrid basis.
Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure all aspects of the service delivery meet necessary governance and quality standards by adhering to underpinning policies and procedures.
- Manage the day‑to‑day technical management of the ServiceNow product suite, focusing on GRC.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow technical solutions, optimizing automation and integration.
- Triage and estimate incoming enhancements and requests for the platform.
- Ensure ServiceNow enhancements and integrations align with out‑of‑the‑box best practice and maintain a high Health Scan score.
- Provide technical governance, guidance and approval of changes submitted for review.
- Manage the preparation for and testing of platform upgrades.
- Collaborate with process owners to ensure smooth transition of process automations and integrations.
- Leverage platform releases to identify improvements that deliver measurable cost savings or other benefits.
- Design and develop complex, critical solutions for the ServiceNow platform based on business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with audit and IT security requirements.
- Create and maintain documentation including policy, process, procedures and detailed technical reference material.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow.
- In‑depth understanding and implementation experience of the IRM module.
- Strong understanding of risk management and ServiceNow best practices.
- Proven experience ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in the financial/technology sector; experience with DORA ideal.
- Relevant and current ServiceNow certifications.
- Familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL and COBIT.
