Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Service Desk or Technical Support
- Hands-on M365 administration experience, including Entra ID, Active Directory, Intune, and PowerShell
- Experience with user access administration
- Exposure to audit or compliance work; experience in SOX-regulated environments is a plus
- ITIL, CompTIA, or Microsoft AZ-900/AZ-104 certifications are desirable
- MacOS endpoint management experience using ABM, and end-device configuration experience
Responsibilities:
- Act as an escalation point for Tier 1, resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues
- Support M365, Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, and Teams
- Execute SOX controls and maintain audit-ready evidence
- Support audit cycles, walkthroughs, and control testing
- Perform root cause analysis and incident and problem management
- Support onboarding and offboarding
