Lead SFMC Consultant
Our trusted partner, a digital marketing and customer experience management consultancy dedicated to helping businesses transform and optimise their customer engagement strategies, is hiring a Lead SFMC Consultant permanently, paying up to 85,000, plus a quarterly bonus (5%) and further benefits to be based near Waterloo on a hybrid basis (2 x PW).
To be considered for this vacancy, the chosen candidate must have recent SFMC technical and leadership capabilities and industry experience within a consultancy or agency. This is an exciting opportunity where you will lead the SFMC strategy and implementation for several enterprise corporations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of Salesforce Marketing Cloud services for multiple clients.
- Utilise in-depth knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud to design and implement effective marketing automation solutions.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and managing expectations.
- Understand client business objectives and tailor Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions to meet their needs.
- Work closely with the SFMC Strategy Lead to define campaign requirements and develop delivery plans.
- Manage a team of SFMC Campaign Developers to build and deliver campaigns.
Core skill set:
- Strong and proven experience in a similar role, specifically using Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a must.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering Salesforce Marketing Cloud project is a must.
- Excellent project management skills, with experience using project management tools is a must.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of Salesforce engineers in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is a must.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certifications (e.g., Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Consultant) are a plus.
- Knowledge of marketing automation best practices, CXM strategies, and digital marketing trends.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
