Requirements:
- Previous experience within a 1st / 2nd Line, Service Desk or Desktop Support environment.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows desktop and common business applications.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 and user account administration.
- Good understanding of Active Directory / identity and access management.
- Experience supporting laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripheral hardware.
- Basic networking knowledge including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and connectivity troubleshooting.
- Strong communication skills and confidence supporting users at all levels.
- Proactive approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple incidents.
Responsibilities:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support across desktop, laptop, software and user-access issues.
- Troubleshoot incidents across hardware, operating systems, applications and connectivity.
- Manage user onboarding, offboarding, account access and permissions.
- Own incidents and service requests through to resolution, escalating where necessary.
- Support users remotely and face-to-face across our London office.
- Maintain accurate ticketing, technical documentation and knowledge-base information.
- Work closely with wider IT teams to resolve recurring issues and improve the overall user experience.
