We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver a range of IT service improvement projects within a fast-paced enterprise environment. The successful candidate will manage multiple concurrent initiatives including infrastructure upgrades, device rollouts, and service replacements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and delivery of IT projects across the organisation, ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget
- Manage stakeholder relationships across departments, vendors, and technical teams
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and status reports
- Coordinate and manage resources, budgets, risks, and project governance
- Ensure seamless transition of services into operational support
Projects in Scope:
- Windows 11 Deployment – Oversee rollout and migration plans across user estates
- Decant Cody – Manage IT service relocation and re-establishment from the Cody site
- Wi-Fi Review and Replacement – Lead end-to-end upgrade and modernisation of enterprise wireless infrastructure
- Infoblox Implementation – Oversee deployment of Infoblox solutions for IPAM/DNS/DHCP enhancements
- MFD Replacement – Manage rollout and service transition of Multi-Function Device fleet
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record delivering multiple, complex IT infrastructure projects
- Strong project governance and documentation capabilities (e.g. RAID, Gantt, PIDs)
- Experienced managing third-party vendors and internal delivery teams
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with technologies including Windows 11, Wi-Fi solutions, Infoblox, MFDs
- PRINCE2, PMP or Agile certification is advantageous
