We are currently supporting a large-scale transformation programme seeking an experienced WFM Configuration Specialist with strong expertise across UKG Pro WFM or ATOSS. This role will play a key part in configuring, optimising, and supporting workforce management solutions across Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management functions.
The successful candidate will work closely with both technical and operational stakeholders to ensure workforce management systems are configured effectively to meet business and operational requirements. This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast-paced programme environment with significant transformation activity and long-term project scope.
Responsibilities- Configuration of time, absence and scheduling solution as per agreed design
- Configure (platform dependent) objects such as: Time profiles, employee groups, clocks/mobile capture rules
- Time calculation rules (overtime, premiums, rounding, breaks)
- Exception handling, workflows, approvals, audit controls
- Configure labour driven schedules, shift patterns/templates, rostering rules, constraints.
- Build self-service workflows including time off requests, shift swaps, approvals, etc.
- Build persona driven KPI’s, metrics and other reporting
- Assist with configuration documentation and knowledge transfer to other teams
- Support configuration-related testing support: unit tests, SIT, UAT triage, defect resolution
- Support cutover readiness and hypercare
- 3+ years hands-on configuration experience in either UKG Pro WFM or ATOSS
- Strong understanding of time calculation concepts and operational time processes
- Experience delivering quality build through structured documentation
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with complex rules and large datasets
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Clear communication and ability to work across business and technical teams
- Accreditation in UKG Pro WFM/ATOSS highly desirable
