Our trusted client, a long-standing partner of over seven years, is seeking a Business Systems Manager to take ownership of critical Adult & Children's Social Care systems. This is a key leadership role, driving system performance, transformation, and service improvement across a local authority environment.
The Role
- Lead a team of 5-10 across systems delivery & support
- Own the full system lifecycle (implementation → optimisation → performance)
- Drive systems strategy, transformation, and continuous improvement
- Manage stakeholders, suppliers, and budgets
- Ensure systems are secure, compliant, and fit for purpose
Key Systems (Experience Required)
- Adult Social Care systems (e.g. Liquidlogic, Mosaic, CareFirst)
- Children's Social Care systems
- Case management & workflow platforms
- Integration with wider council systems (finance, CRM, etc.)
What You'll Need
- Proven experience managing social care systems within a local authority
- Strong leadership, stakeholder, and supplier management skills
- Experience working in ITIL / Agile / PRINCE2 environments
- Track record delivering within complex public sector organisations
