We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to support a major remote access transformation programme within a large retail/FMCG environment. The role will focus on gathering and documenting requirements across Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), Zscaler, Operational Technology (OT), IoT, and secure remote access platforms.
Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and requirements gathering sessions
- Document functional and non-functional requirements
- Map current and future state processes
- Produce BRDs, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with security, infrastructure, and engineering teams
- Support solution design, UAT, and delivery activities
- Capture retail/store technology and OT connectivity requirements
Skills & Experience
- Strong Business Analysis experience within infrastructure, security, cloud, or remote access programmes
- Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD)
- Exposure to Zscaler (ZIA/ZPA) or similar secure access technologies
- Experience working within retail/FMCG environments
- Strong stakeholder management and documentation skills
- Understanding of identity, access, and Zero Trust concepts
Desirable
- Active Directory / Entra ID
- OT / IoT environments
- POS/store technology exposure
- Agile delivery experience

- £650 per day
