We’re partnering with a global investment bank looking to hire an experienced Cloud Engineer to join their growing cloud engineering team in London. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering secure, scalable, and automated cloud solutions across Azure, Oracle Cloud, and AWS within a highly regulated financial services environment. Financial services or banking experience is essential for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support cloud infrastructure across Azure, Oracle Cloud, and AWS
- Deliver BAU support and cloud-focused project work
- Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams on secure, scalable solutions
- Drive automation and Infrastructure as Code initiatives
- Support cloud security, governance, and platform optimisation
Skills & Experience:
- Strong Azure engineering experience within financial services or banking
- Infrastructure as Code experience using Bicep and/or ARM
- PowerShell scripting experience (Python beneficial)
- Experience with Oracle Cloud services
- AWS exposure including CloudFormation and/or Terraform desirable
- Strong understanding of IAM, networking, and cloud security best practices
- Experience with Azure services including AKS, App Services, Function Apps, Storage, and Azure AD
- Experience with Git/version control
Package Details:
- Up to £100,000 Basic Salary
