We are currently seeking an experienced Workday Configuration Analyst to join a major transformation programme, supporting the ongoing optimisation and enhancement of a mature, multi-country Workday environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Workday specialist with deep functional expertise across Core HCM and one or more specialist areas including Talent, Skills Cloud, Compensation, Benefits, or Absence Management.

Key Responsibilities
- Configure and optimise Workday across Core HCM and associated modules
- Design and maintain business process frameworks, calculated fields, condition rules, eligibility rules and validations
- Support enhancements across Talent Management, Career Development, Succession Planning and Skills Cloud
- Configure and maintain Advanced Compensation plans, Benefits and Absence processes
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions
- Support testing, deployment activities and release management
