I'm working on a high-impact Workday Financials programme and need a top-tier consultant to come in and drive design, challenge thinking, and lead from the front. This is not a passive delivery role; you'll be front-facing, shaping decisions, and influencing senior stakeholders daily.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading Workday Financials design workshops
- Acting as the bridge between business & technical teams
- Driving solution design & configuration decisions

- Bringing best practice from multiple implementations
What I need:
- Strong Workday Financials experience (functional + technical)
- 3+ full lifecycle implementations
- Proven ability to operate at senior / advisory level
- Confident running workshops and owning the room
- Someone who can challenge, not just deliver
Nice to have:
- Prism Analytics / Accounting Center
- FS / Insurance experience
- Consulting background (Big 4 or similar)
- Workday certifications (current or lapsed)
