Role & Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules.
- Conduct functional testing to validate that application features meet requirements and business expectations.
- Perform regression testing and create test automation using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Regularly review and maintain the ATF framework to manage technical debt and enhance performance.
- Perform integration and end-to-end testing.
- Identify and log defects, collaborate with developers for resolution, and validate fixes.
- Ensure smooth regression testing for updates, patches, and new features.
- Provide clear and concise test reports to stakeholders.
- Validation of UAT test scripts and assessment of results.
