Job Description
- Design, implement, and maintain voice communication systems (VoIP & UC).
- Conduct wireless network surveys to assess coverage, capacity, and performance.
- Install and troubleshoot cabling infrastructure (copper & fibre).
- Monitor and optimise network performance to ensure service reliability.
- Provide technical support across legacy telephony, VoIP, and carrier services.
- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and deliver new solutions.
- Maintain detailed technical documentation and stay current with emerging telecoms trends.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing.
Core technical skill for this position:
- Strong experience in VoIP, telephony systems, and carrier voice/data services.
- Knowledge of copper and fibre cabling installation and maintenance.
- Hands-on experience in designing, configuring, and supporting telecoms infrastructure.
