We’re partnering with a market-leading organisation in the automotive and telematics sector, currently looking for a Technical Support Advisor to join their growing team in Uxbridge. The Role

As a Technical Support Advisor, you will provide high-quality first-line technical support to customers and partners, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently while delivering an excellent customer experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong automotive or auto-electrical background who enjoys problem solving and working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st line technical support, resolving customer queries or escalating where necessary
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls and case workloads in line with SLAs
  • Troubleshoot and identify root causes of installation or product-related issues
  • Support third-party installers and internal stakeholders with technical queries
  • Accurately log all interactions using Salesforce CRM
  • Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and internal teams
  • Contribute to improving customer experience and reducing complaint volumes

Experience & Skills Required

  • Proven experience in auto electrical, vehicle diagnostics, or a similar technical environment
  • Background in a technical support or helpdesk role
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose faults effectively
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce desirable)
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
