A market leading consultancy operating globally are searching for an experienced QA Engineer focussing on the ServiceNow stack.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow modules.
  • Conduct functional testing to validate that application features meet requirements and business expectations.
  • Perform regression testing and create test automation using ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Regularly review and maintenance of ATF framework to manage technical debt and enhance performance.
  • Perform Integration and end to end testing.
  • Identify and log defects, collaborate with developers for resolution, and validate fixes.
  • Ensure smooth regression testing for updates, patches, and new features.
  • Provide clear and concise test reports to stakeholders.
  • Validation and assessment of UAT test scripts and results.

Technical Requirements:

  • Proven experience testing multiple ServiceNow applications/modules (e.g., CSM, ITSM, ITOM).
  • Proficiency in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Strong understanding of functional and regression testing methodologies.

Rate & Duration:

£450 - £550 per day
5 Months (Likely Extensions)
