An exciting opportunity has arisen for an SC Cleared HR Data Analyst to join a high-profile organisation, playing a key role in transforming HR data into meaningful insight. The ideal candidate will have experience in an HR or HR operations environment with exposure to HR data and systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent, or similar).
This position sits at the heart of HR operations, supporting the business with data-driven decision making, HRIS optimisation, and process improvement.
The RoleYou will be responsible for analysing and interpreting HR data, ensuring accuracy within the HRIS, and delivering insights that drive strategic and operational improvements.
- Extract, analyse, and interpret HR data to provide actionable insights
- Develop dashboards and reports to support HR and business leaders
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities across workforce data
- Support and optimise HR systems (SaaS HRIS environment)
- Contribute to HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance at all times
- Active SC Clearance
- Experience within an HR or HR Operations environment, with exposure to HR data and systems (e.g. Workday, Oracle, SAP, SuccessFactors, iTrent)
- Strong analytical capability with confidence working with metrics and data trends
- Advanced Excel skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly to internal teams (non-technical stakeholders)
- Ability to articulate data outputs such as MI, burn-down charts, dashboards, quality reviews, and audits
- Experience supporting HR system enhancements or process improvements
- Strong attention to detail, problem solving, planning and organisation skills
