We are looking for an experienced Project / Programme Manager to lead a global Identity Governance Administration (IGA) implementation programme. This role will focus on delivering a new strategic identity solution across a large and complex organisation, working closely with technical teams, stakeholders and delivery partners to ensure successful implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of a global IGA programme
- Manage third-party delivery partners and internal teams
- Drive Joiner, Mover and Leaver (JML) process design
- Oversee integrations across HR systems, Active Directory/Entra and security platforms
- Support application onboarding and access governance activities
- Manage programme plans, risks and stakeholder reporting
- Work closely with business and technical stakeholders throughout delivery
Desired Skills
- Experience delivering IGA solutions such as: One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt
- Strong Project or Programme Management skills
