The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support the delivery of enterprise-wide customer data platform initiatives. Working closely with business stakeholders, Product Managers and technical teams, you'll gather and define requirements, improve business processes, and ensure solutions align with strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyse and document complex business requirements.
- Produce user stories, functional specifications and process documentation.
- Facilitate workshops and engage senior stakeholders.
- Support Product Managers with backlog refinement and roadmap planning.
- Conduct gap analysis and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Work with Agile delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Ensure solutions align with data governance and regulatory requirements.
Skills Experience
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst within large enterprise environments.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
- Experience writing user stories, functional specifications and process maps.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience.
