We are working with a global HR and Payroll consulting specialist that partners with enterprise clients to deliver complex SAP and SuccessFactors solutions across multiple industries. Due to continued project demand, they are looking to hire two experienced Senior Payroll Consultants to join their UK consulting team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP professional who enjoys leading implementations, working directly with clients, and contributing to high-quality, end-to-end project delivery.
The Role
As a Senior Consultant, you will take a lead role on SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP implementations, working closely with clients and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes across the full project lifecycle.
Key responsibilities
- Leading payroll workstreams on SAP Payroll or SuccessFactors ECP implementations
- Designing, configuring and troubleshooting payroll solutions
- Running client workshops, requirements sessions and playback meetings
- Advising clients on payroll best practice and business process design
- Supporting data migration and post-go-live activities
- Working alongside other SuccessFactors module specialists to deliver integrated solutions
- Contributing to a collaborative, high-performing team
