We are seeking a confident and detail-driven Business Analyst to join our client’s growing IT team, playing a key role in shaping and delivering business-critical systems and software enhancements.

Working closely with stakeholders across the organisation, IT delivery teams, and senior business leaders, you will act as the bridge between business and technology, translating complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Role Responsibilities

  • Requirements Elicitation Analysis: Partner with stakeholders across the business to gather, analyse, and document requirements for systems, software enhancements, and process improvements.
  • User Stories Acceptance Criteria: Translate business needs into high-quality user stories with clear acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery teams.
  • Process Mapping Improvement: Create and maintain “as-is” and “to-be” process documentation to support operational change, efficiency, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Backlog Management: Support the creation, refinement, and prioritisation of product backlogs, ensuring delivery teams remain focused on the highest-value activities.
