Data Engineer - £95k-£110k
Working with a growing tech business to find a Data Engineer to own their data platform end to end. You'll be the person shaping how data moves through the business - from ingestion and pipelines through to warehousing and the infrastructure that powers data science and ML work.
This is a hands‑on role in a small, collaborative team, with real scope to set standards, influence architecture, and see your work used across the business from day one.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Building and owning data pipelines from ingestion through to serving
- Designing data models and warehousing architecture
- Supporting ML models into production alongside the data science team
- Setting data quality, governance and compliance standards (GDPR)
Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in data engineering
- Strong database experience
- Solid grasp of data science / ML concepts
- Python preferred - but a strong project history matters more than ticking every language box
