We are looking for an experienced CRM Strategy Consultant to lead a series of high-profile CRM strategy initiatives for a customer-centric organisation. This is a senior individual contributor role, offering the opportunity to shape the future of customer engagement, retention and lifecycle marketing across multiple business areas.

Working closely with the CRM Director and senior leadership team, you will be responsible for developing Board-ready CRM strategies, assessing current-state capabilities and creating long-term roadmaps that drive measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for a strategic CRM specialist who thrives in complex environments, can influence at Executive level and enjoys turning customer insight, business objectives and CRM capabilities into clear and actionable strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end CRM strategy projects across multiple business areas, including new product and brand launch initiatives.
  • Assess existing CRM capabilities, customer journeys and operating models to identify opportunities for improvement and transformation.
  • Develop medium- and long-term CRM strategies covering trading communications, customer lifecycle programmes, automation and engagement.
