We are seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager – Major Projects to lead the end-to-end delivery of complex capital, redevelopment and construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of highly visible programmes, with responsibility for major contracts valued up to approximately £35m .
The Role Reporting into the Head of Major Projects, you will take responsibility for projects from initial concept and business case through design, procurement, construction and successful completion.
Responsibilities will include: Leading complex capital and redevelopment projects from inception through to completion.
Managing projects against programme, budget, quality and strategic objectives.
Managing project budgets and financial resources.
