We're partnering with a globally recognised leader in the Superyacht industry that sits right at the meeting point of craft and commercial strategy.

Part Senior Copywriter, part Content Marketing Manager, it owns the editorial voice of the business and the thinking behind where that voice goes next.

The role for Senior Copywriter & Content Marketing Manager:

You'll shape and run the content strategy across digital, print and social - building the editorial calendar, spotting the opportunities around yacht launches, industry moments and seasonal campaigns, and making sure everything published moves the commercial needle as well as the brand.

Then you'll write it. This is a genuinely hands-on role. Website copy and campaign concepts, brochures and sales collateral, destination guides and charter itineraries, interviews, market commentary and thought leadership.

You'll lead the content development for new Central Agency yachts from research through to launch.

The centrepiece is long-form. Premium coffee table books, market reports and bespoke client publications - projects that run past 200 pages and demand real editorial architecture: narrative structure, commissioning, curation, and the kind of attention to detail that survives final proof.

Alongside that, you'll own the SEO content programme, manage freelancers and agency partners, and act as the editorial authority across the business - the person colleagues come to when something needs to sound right.

Who this suits:

• Someone with roughly 5–10 years behind them and a portfolio that proves the long copy, not just the punchy stuff.
• Strong editorial judgement.
• Genuine content management experience.
• And a commercial instinct - you look at a brief and immediately see what it needs to do for the business.
• You'll be close to the Design and Digital teams, so a real fluency with design methodologies and the confidence to write a sharp creative brief matters here.
• This is collaboration, not handover. Culture is the deciding factor.
• It's fast-paced, deadline-driven and delivery-focused, with very little process getting in your way - which means significant autonomy and a lot of trust.
• You'll work with senior commercial stakeholders and brokers who are passionate, opinionated and expert in their field, so you'll need the presence to hold your own and the diplomacy to bring people with you.
• Personality and work ethic count as much as the CV.
• We'd also like to hear from people who use AI tools thoughtfully - not as a shortcut on the writing itself, but to take the friction out of the more routine parts of the job so more of the week goes into the craft.
