We’re looking for an experienced Supplier Relationship & Procurement Manager to join a leading manufacturing business. This is a key role focused on strengthening supplier partnerships, improving Quality, Cost & Delivery (QCD), and ensuring a robust supply chain. The Role Build and manage supplier relationships, driving improvements in delivery, lead times, and quality. Source, onboard, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value. Manage purchase orders, stock levels, and procurement of both direct and indirect goods. Lead supplier reviews, audits, and scorecards to monitor performance. Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Inventory teams to ensure on-time customer delivery. Drive continuous improvement and support change initiatives across procurement. About You Proven procurement experience in a manufacturing environment (low-volume, high-variance ideal). Strong negotiator with excellent commercial awareness. Confident communicator, able to influence at all levels. Proficient in Excel; SAP experience desirable. Resilient, proactive, and process-driven with a continuous improvement mindset.
