What You\βll Be Doing:
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical subassemblies and finished units
- Perform soldering (leaded and lead-free), wiring, crimping, and cable routing
- Fit and build mechanical components using hand and power tools
- Inspect and test assemblies using electrical and mechanical test equipment
- Follow technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and build instructions
- Handle ESD-sensitive devices and maintain safety standards What
We\βre Looking For:
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical assembly
- Strong hand-soldering skills (IPC-A-610 or J-STD-001 certification is a bonus!)
- Confident reading and interpreting engineering drawings and wiring schematics
- Skilled in wiring, crimping, cable prep, and mechanical build
- Quality-focused with excellent attention to detail
