The Interface Control Manager is a key technical role ensuring seamless coordination between design, engineering, procurement, construction, and external stakeholders. You will oversee and manage all discipline and contract interfaces across utility-scale solar and BESS projects, ensuring alignment, traceability, and conflict resolution throughout the project lifecycle. This role is critical for maintaining design integrity, timeline efficiency, and EPC coordination.

Develop and maintain an Interface Management Plan across internal teams and third-party stakeholders.
• Define, track, and manage interfaces between engineering disciplines (electrical, civil, structural, SCADA), contractors, and suppliers.
• Act as technical liaison with subcontractors and DNOs to align grid connection and commissioning interfaces.
• inverters, transformers, BESS units, SCADA) into the overall system design.
• Report interface status to project leadership and escalate unresolved issues as needed.
• Ensure that all interface-related risks are identified and mitigation plans are documented and implemented.

Bachelor\’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related); 7+ years of experience in engineering/project management roles within utility-scale solar and/or BESS EPC projects.
• Demonstrated experience in technical interface management or systems integration.
• Excellent understanding of engineering drawings, specifications, schedules, and multidisciplinary project scopes.
• Proficient in MS Project, Excel, and interface control tools such as BIM 360, Navisworks, or Primavera (preferred).
• Full right to work in the UK and ability to travel to project sites as required.
