Training course Administration assistant Hours Monday – Friday, hours either 8am - 5pm or 7:30am - 4:30pm, with 30-minutes for lunch and 2 x 15-minute breaks. 40 hours a week Duration 13 Months Positions available 1 Work As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you’ll do at work * As an apprentice, you’ll support the supply chain by helping manage purchase orders, supplier relationships, stock levels and product data across UK and international suppliers. * You’ll maintain accurate ERP records, monitor deliveries, assist with forecasting and replenishment. * You will help resolve supply issues. * The role also includes updating product information, supporting stock accuracy, tracking market prices and developing strong skills in supply chain, inventory control and operations daily.
