What you will do at work:
- Support the Love Beer team with daily admin, customer enquiries, order processing, data entry, stock records, emails, filing and general office tasks.
- Learn how a growing beer wholesale business operates while developing organisation, communication and customer service skills.
Skills:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Basic computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
- Confident using the internet and learning new systems
- Good attention to detail when entering information
- Ability to organise tasks and manage time effectively
- Friendly and professional when speaking with customers and colleagues

This role will involve working in a busy beer wholesale business, supporting office administration, customer enquiries, order processing and day-to-day operations. Training and support will be provided throughout the apprenticeship. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable using computers, speaking to customers and working as part of a small team. Applicants must be able to travel reliably to the workplace. You MUST be 18-years old or over as you will be serving alcohol.
