Intaso have partnered with a leading network security and analytics vendor who is seeking a Technical Account Manager to serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers. This role is pivotal in driving product adoption, customer satisfaction, and long-term retention. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with strong relationship-building skills to guide customers through onboarding, implementation, and ongoing optimization as well as identifying new opportunities. You will act as a trusted partner, helping clients align the platform’s capabilities with their security goals, while also advocating internally for customer needs.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the technical liaison for enterprise customers, managing onboarding, configuration, and adoption.
- Deliver ongoing technical reviews, roadmaps, and usage reports.
- Collaborate with the account management team to identify new upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Monitor customer environments and ensure long-term satisfaction and success.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in a TAM, SE, or related customer-facing technical role.
- Strong background in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, or enterprise software.
