We’re partnering with a rapidly scaling, venture-backed technology security company operating at the forefront of data security. Following a significant recent funding round, the business is entering a phase of accelerated growth across EMEA, with the UK as a key strategic market.
The Role
We’re looking for a high-performing RSD to drive new business across the UK & Nordic market. This is a full-cycle sales role where you’ll own the entire deal process—from prospecting through to close—targeting mid‑market and enterprise customers. You’ll play a key role in shaping the go-to‑market motion in the region, working closely with leadership, marketing, and solutions engineering.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full sales cycle from pipeline generation to close
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan for the UK market
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders (C-level, VP, Director)
- Lead complex, multi-threaded sales processes
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success
- Accurately forecast pipeline and revenue
- Represent the company at events, meetings, and industry engagements
