  • Senior Manager, Cyber & AI Advisory
  • UK (hybrid) Β· Growing, well-backed cyber-resilience advisory

We're partnered with a fast-growing, well-backed cyber-resilience advisory that has moved decisively into delivering AI security and governance to boards and CISOs, not slideware, but programmes that actually get built.

They need a Senior Manager who can lead that delivery: someone with genuine cyber programme delivery depth who's moving deliberately into AI risk and governance.

What makes this different

  • Practitioner-led, no Big 4 pyramid. Senior, hands-on advisory β€” you deliver and lead, you don't just resource-manage a stack of juniors.
  • Board-to-boiler-room work. You'll operate with the seniority the problem deserves, in front of the people who own the risk.
  • A firm defining the category. AI-cyber convergence is being figured out right now; this is a seat at the table where it's decided, not a franchise to defend.

What you'll do

  • Lead the delivery of AI security and governance engagements β€” operationalising frameworks (ISO 42001, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act readiness) into programmes clients can actually run.
  • Bridge advisory design and hands-on execution across multi-workstream cyber transformation.
  • Grow accounts and mentor a delivery team as the practice scales.

Who you are

  • Strong cyber programme / transformation delivery track record β€” you've run real engagements, not just advised on them.
  • Credible and deliberately moving into AI governance, AI risk or AI security β€” early enough to help shape how it's done.
  • Consultancy pedigree (Big 4, top-tier or serious boutique) and comfortable client-facing at senior level.
  • A builder, not a maintainer.

The offer

competitive base in the Β£95,000–£130,000 range, plus bonus and the genuinely rare chance to make AI the core of your work rather than a side project.
