Are you an accomplished Account Manager in the cybersecurity space with a proven track record of expanding and growing existing business? Do you have a technical background or the ability to engage in technical conversations to support your customers?

The Role

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with corporate customers across industries.
  • Manage a varied customer portfolio, including globally recognised brands.
  • Understand customer needs and ensure service alignment for renewals and upsells.
  • Act as the customer’s voice internally to prioritize and drive service improvements.
  • Present service performance insights and address customer queries.

What You’ll Need

  • At least 3 years of account management experience within an AM or CSM role at a cybersecurity vendor.
  • Proven success in developing and sustaining customer relationships.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • A motivated, proactive, solutions-focused mindset with a passion for delivering results.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A technical background or the ability to have meaningful technical conversations with customers, ensuring alignment between their needs and the services offered.
