What you’ll be doing

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Account Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing and developing existing client accounts, ensuring they receive maximum value from the Intasite platform. This includes:

  • Identifying opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional features and modules.
  • Increasing licence usage across contracts.
  • Expanding our footprint into additional sites within group companies.
  • Supporting the development of global frameworks.

This is a key role for someone who thrives on strengthening long-term partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities within existing accounts, and playing a vital part in our continued expansion across safety-critical industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and nurture relationships with an existing portfolio of clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and engagement.
  • Work with clients to expand Intasite into additional sites, divisions, and group companies, with approximately 60% of the role focused on this objective and the remaining 40% dedicated to other key responsibilities.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional platform features, modules, and services.
  • Manage the licence renewal process and identify opportunities to increase usage across client accounts, ensuring the platform continues to deliver strong operational value.
  • Support the development and delivery of global framework agreements with multinational organisations.
  • Conduct regular account reviews to understand client objectives, challenges, and opportunities for value add.
  • Present and demo additional platform functionality to clients to support upsell and expansion initiatives.
  • Collaborate internally with product, marketing, onboarding, and support teams to ensure clients receive a seamless and impactful experience.
  • Track account activities, renewal cycles, upsell opportunities, and revenue performance within the CRM.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in account management, customer success, or a client-facing commercial role, ideally with a track record of upselling or revenue growth.
  • Preference for candidates with previous experience or knowledge of safety or high-risk environments, or those who have sold into these industries. Experience in SaaS / software would also be desirable.
  • Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to engage confidently with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Self-starter who is proactive, organised, and comfortable managing a portfolio of accounts independently.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand client needs and align solutions effectively.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapting to evolving client requirements.
  • Team-player with a positive mindset and collaborative approach.
  • Based in the UK with willingness to travel to client sites as required.
