The Technical Consultant is responsible for implementing solutions using Intapp Collaboration software and developing and delivering technical training to customers. You'll work in a mix of client-facing consultative roles and behind-the-scenes solution design, configuration, and data analysis. This is an ideal opportunity if you're passionate about technology, skilled in communication, and want to make a real impact for professional services organisations.

You'll work as part of a small implementation team in a hybrid or remote role based in Belfast. You'll need strong experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Teams administration, combined with a consultative approach to understanding and solving customer challenges within the Microsoft 365 environment. If you have three years or more of experience as a software consultant or technical analyst—particularly in professional services, legal, or financial sectors—we'd like to hear from you.

What you will do:
  • Work as part of a small team to implement, configure, and deploy Intapp Collaboration within customers' M365 environments, including integrations with their existing line of business applications.
  • Conduct requirements-gathering and analysis meetings with customers, document business needs, and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Configure software, test functionality, and demonstrate solutions to customers to refine and confirm expected outcomes.
  • Coordinate with customers' IT teams and project managers to deliver user acceptance testing, training, and successful project handover on time and within budget.
  • Develop and deliver technical training materials and sessions to customers to ensure adoption and proficiency with the platform.
What You Will Need:
  • At least three years' experience in a software consultant, technical analyst, or similar role with demonstrated expertise implementing SharePoint-based solutions in a client-facing capacity.
  • Advanced administration skills with Microsoft SharePoint, Teams, Azure, and the M365 admin centre, supported by working knowledge of automation coding (PowerShell, Power Automate, or similar).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to translate between customer business requirements and technical solutions.
  • Excellent time management and prioritisation skills to manage multiple concurrent client projects and work effectively both as part of a team and independently.
  • Professional services or legal sector software delivery experience (highly desirable), including understanding of how data integrations support business outcomes.
