- Intapp is looking for a Technical Architect to join our Services organization and help ensure that client implementations are built for maximum efficiency, consistency, and long-term value
- In this senior advisory role, you will shape best practices, collaborate directly with our Product and Engineering teams, and provide hands-on guidance for our most complex, strategic services engagements
- You will serve as the technical voice of services delivery across Support, Sales, Product Management, Services, and Engineering - helping Intapp deliver outcomes that matter to the world's leading professional firms
- Develop and maintain best practices and knowledge-sharing frameworks for implementing Intapp products, driving consistency and quality across services delivery teams
- Collaborate with delivery teams across business units to design implementation plans for engagements that span multiple product segments
- Create templates, fixed-scope packages, and technical improvements for common configurations in product applications and integration services
- Advise and consult on strategic or complex services projects, including hands-on technical implementation work where needed
- Engage technical and business stakeholders to articulate architectural vision and guide Product and Engineering teams in defining client solutions
