The firms shaping private capital, investment banking, and law don't run on generic software. They need platforms built for their world — and consultants who understand that world deeply enough to change how it works. As a Principal Consultant at Intapp, you'll lead enterprise engagements for clients implementing Intapp DealCloud, the relationship and deal management platform trusted by the world's leading professional firms. This isn't a configuration role. You'll advise senior stakeholders, architect scalable data solutions, and help clients fundamentally improve how they manage relationships, pipelines, and institutional knowledge.

What you'll do:

  • Lead complex enterprise engagements from discovery through delivery, designing solutions that fit the client's business, not just the brief.
  • Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on platform strategy and data architecture.
  • Lead workshops, shape data migration planning, and produce clear design documentation with technical leads.
  • Collaborate across product, customer success, and support to ensure what you build actually lands.
  • Contribute to pre-sales scoping and solution design for new engagements.
  • Develop design frameworks that raise consistency and quality across the practice.
  • Support and mentor junior colleagues, helping elevate the team's delivery standards.

What you'll bring:

  • Five or more years of client-facing software implementation experience, with a track record on complex enterprise engagements.
  • Hands-on experience with professional services platforms — DealCloud, InterAction, Peppermint/Litera, or similar.
  • Strong analytical instincts and the ability to translate complex requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Confidence leading workshops and advising senior stakeholders.
  • A degree in information systems, business administration, or equivalent experience.
  • SQL or relational database knowledge is a bonus.

Why this role:

Intapp works with the firms that shape entire industries. This role puts you at the centre of their digital transformation — not as part of a large delivery machine, but as a trusted adviser with real influence over outcomes and a genuine seat at the table. Based in London or fully remote within the UK.

What you will gain:

At Intapp, you’ll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You’ll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that’s connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities. We’ll collaborate and grow together, supporting each other in a positive, open atmosphere that fosters creativity, innovation, and teamwork.

Here, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Expand Your Skills: Unlock your potential with professional development opportunities supported by a community of experienced professionals. We offer reimbursement for training and continuing education to help you stay ahead in your career.
  • Enjoy Where You Work: Thrive in our modern, open offices designed to inspire creativity and collaboration. Our complimentary lunches and fully stocked kitchens ensure you have everything you need to stay energized throughout the day.
  • Support What Matters Most: Our comprehensive wellness and flexible time off programs and our benefits are designed to care for you and your family. Our family-formation benefits and support during your family-building journey ensure you have the resources you need when it matters most. We believe in giving back and supporting our communities with paid volunteer time off and a donation matching program for the causes you care about.

Join us and be a part of a collaborative and welcoming culture where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is a priority. Together, we are building a company of long-term value that we can all be proud of.
