The Practice Group Leader (PGL) for DealCloud is responsible for driving the overall success of the Intapp DealCloud Business Unit within the Accounting and Consulting vertical. This role leads sales performance, go to market strategy, and solution alignment to ensure Intapp DealCloud consistently meets and exceeds client expectations. The PGL partners closely with regional sales and marketing teams—including product marketing, field marketing, CDAs, Managing Directors, Sales, and Value Engineering—and plays a direct role in revenue growth for their segment. The ideal candidate brings strong credibility in the EMEA Accounting and Consulting market, deep expertise in the technology challenges facing professional services firms, and preferably experience within a Big 4 environment. The PGL also collaborates with product, engineering, partner, and support teams to ensure alignment around market needs and priorities. They work with Intapp Product and Social Marketing teams, industry organisations, partners, and fellow PGLs to strengthen brand awareness and market preference for DealCloud.
What you will do:
- Revenue Attainment
- Engage prospective clients to identify opportunities where Intapp solutions address business challenges.
- Deliver consistent deal volume and revenue progression through the sales pipeline.
- Partner with Sales Managing Directors to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- Share insights from client engagements to support development of Solution Selling tools (e.g., pain chains, vision statements, sponsor communications, implementation plans).
- Guide the solution consulting team on market specific demo requirements.
- Identify client drivers for change and map them to Intapp technology.
- Educate clients on business problems addressed by Intapp products.
- Adhere to sales methodology, processes, and data requirements.
- Support the field team in building business cases, project plans, and related collateral to articulate product value.
- Provide client driven insights to sales and product marketing to enhance selling tools.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to shape product evolution and maintain best-in-class solutions.
- Work with support teams to identify and resolve product or process issues impacting client success.
- Represent Intapp DealCloud as a thought leader at industry conferences, events, and webinars.
- Build and maintain a network of influencers who can advocate for DealCloud.
- Maintain regular communication with existing customers to identify issues, opportunities, and enhancements.
- Ensure alignment across engineering, product, and support teams to optimise the Marketing/BD solution and related processes.

- 5+ years’ experience in technology within professional services organisations.
- Experience buying, delivering, or selling CRM solutions in professional services.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with extensive client facing experience.

- Results driven, resourceful, and comfortable working under tight deadlines with demanding stakeholders.
