Intapp is at an inflection point. We just launched Celeste, our agentic AI platform built for the world's top law firms, private capital firms, and professional services companies. More than 2,700 firms globally rely on our platform, and we're re-architecting everything around AI-native workflows. The Cloud Platform team is right at the center of that.

We're looking for an SRE who doesn't just want to run reliable systems but wants to use AI to make them more reliable. If you're already experimenting with AI for incident response, anomaly detection, or toil reduction, we want to talk. This isn't a "keep the lights on" SRE job. We're building the infrastructure that powers AI agents handling sensitive workflows for major financial and legal firms and we want SREs who use AI as a force multiplier in their own work. There's real scope here to define what modern SRE looks like for us as Celeste scales.

What you will do:

  • Own reliability across our Azure-based cloud platform.
  • Actively use AI tools to work smarter: faster root cause analysis, intelligent alerting, automated runbooks, predictive scaling.
  • Deep-dive production issues, build automation that sticks, and partner closely with engineering teams to ship and run resilient services at scale for regulated, compliance-heavy clients.
  • Join our on-call rotation.

What you will need:

  • Strong Azure experience running production workloads.
  • Comfortable writing automation, not just reading it.
  • Reliability-first mindset; you care about why things break, not just fixing them.
  • Experience using AI tooling in an ops or SRE context (even personal projects count).
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
  • Exposure to SQL Server or Postgres in production.
  • Windows/IIS experience (part of our environment, not all of it).

What you will gain:

  • Opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients.
  • Be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible.
  • Professional growth and well-being are top priorities.
  • Expand Your Skills: Unlock your potential with professional development opportunities supported by a community of experienced professionals.
  • Enjoy Where You Work: Thrive in our modern, open offices designed to inspire creativity and collaboration.
  • Support What Matters Most: Comprehensive wellness and flexible time off programs.
  • Paid volunteer time off and a donation matching program for the causes you care about.

Join us and be a part of a collaborative and welcoming culture where your contributions are valued, and your professional growth is a priority. Together, we are building a company of long-term value that we can all be proud of.

How to prepare for a job interview at Intapp

Brush Up on Your Technical Skills

For an IT consulting role, be ready to demonstrate your technical prowess. You might face questions on systems integration, cloud technologies, or even troubleshooting specific software. If you have experience with tools like AWS, Azure, or even specific programming languages, make sure you can talk about them fluently.

Showcase Your Problem-Solving Approach

IT consulting is all about solving problems for clients. Think about how you can illustrate your approach to a past challenge using the STAR method (Situation, Task, Action, Result). It's a great way to show how you tackle complex issues and come up with effective solutions.

Know the Business Impact of IT Solutions

When discussing your experiences, focus not just on the tech solutions you implemented, but also on their business impact. Employers want to see that you can connect IT with organisational goals. Prep examples that highlight how your tech contributions improved efficiency or reduced costs for past clients or projects.

Prepare for Behavioural Questions

Since IT consulting often involves teamwork and client interactions, expect behavioural questions that assess your interpersonal skills. Be prepared with examples that demonstrate your adaptability, communication skills, and how you handle client feedback. Before the interview, think of situations where you worked closely with clients to create effective IT strategies or changes.
