Intapp is building a new Majors organization focused on deepening and expanding our relationships with the world's leading Private Capital and Investment Banking firms. We're looking for an accomplished enterprise seller to personally own and materially grow a select portfolio of our largest and most strategic clients. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help shape how Intapp approaches its most important accounts while working alongside a senior team focused exclusively on strategic client growth.

You'll own the commercial strategy for your clients—building relationships at the highest levels, developing a point of view on where Intapp can create greater business value, identifying significant white-space opportunities, and leading complex enterprise sales opportunities from strategy through close. You'll be building from a position of strength. Intapp already has deep relationships and credibility across Private Capital and Investment Banking. The opportunity is to take those relationships significantly further as we expand our platform and bring differentiated AI capabilities, including Celeste, to market.

We're looking for someone who has done this before—someone who has personally owned some of their company's largest enterprise relationships, earned credibility in the boardroom, influenced client technology and business strategy, orchestrated their organization around the client, and materially grown those accounts.

What You Will Do

  • Own your accounts. Take direct commercial responsibility for a select portfolio of Intapp's largest Private Capital and Investment Banking relationships, with accountability for expansion, retention, and long-term revenue growth.
  • Build the growth strategy. Develop multi-year strategic account plans that identify white space, executive relationships, competitive exposure, new use cases, and significant opportunities to expand Intapp's footprint.
  • Operate at the executive level. Build trusted relationships with Managing Partners, CEOs, CIOs, CFOs, COOs, and other senior leaders, bringing a point of view that can influence business and technology decisions.
  • Create opportunity—not just respond to it. Proactively uncover client challenges and strategic priorities, connect them to Intapp's capabilities, and create complex enterprise opportunities that may not already exist.
  • Lead the sale. Personally own high-value, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from opportunity creation and business case development through executive alignment, negotiation, and close.
  • Orchestrate Intapp around the client. Bring together Product, Client Success, Solutions Consulting, Professional Services, and executive leadership to deliver a unified strategy around each major relationship.
  • Expand the platform relationship. Connect capabilities across DealCloud, Risk & Compliance, Celeste, and the broader Intapp platform to client priorities and measurable business outcomes.
  • Lead the AI conversation. Engage senior executives on how AI is changing Private Capital and Investment Banking, bringing a credible perspective on where agentic AI can transform workflows, productivity, relationship intelligence, and decision-making.
  • Deliver growth. Build and convert a substantial expansion pipeline, maintain rigorous opportunity and forecast discipline, and consistently deliver against ambitious revenue targets.

What You Will Need

  • A demonstrated track record of personally owning and materially growing large, complex enterprise relationships within Private Capital, Investment Banking, financial technology, data, enterprise SaaS, or closely adjacent markets.
  • Experience carrying significant revenue responsibility and consistently creating, developing, and closing complex enterprise expansion opportunities.
  • Deep understanding of Private Capital and/or Investment Banking, including how firms operate, make technology decisions, and evaluate strategic investments.
  • Boardroom-level presence and persuasion—the ability to establish credibility quickly, challenge senior executives constructively, bring a compelling point of view, and influence consequential decisions.
  • Evidence that you can move beyond product selling to understand a client's business, identify where technology can create value, and turn that insight into significant commercial opportunity.
  • Experience navigating complex global organizations, building multi-threaded executive relationships, and creating consensus across numerous stakeholders.
  • The ability to mobilize and lead internal resources without direct authority, bringing the right people together around a clear client strategy.
  • Commercial fluency around AI and its implications for Private Capital and Investment Banking. You don't need to be a technologist, but you should be capable of leading credible conversations with senior executives about how AI can change the way their firms operate.
  • A combination of strategic thinking and sales execution—you can build a three-year vision for an account and still personally drive the opportunity required to deliver this quarter's number.
