Intapp is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (Client Development Director) who will be a sales executive covering our Investment Banking and Private Capital Markets clients. The Sales Executive will have familiarity and a solid degree of market and situational awareness to call on Investment Professionals, IT, Finance, Risk and Business Development leaders. Intapp is revolutionizing the private capital markets around the world with data, transparency, great product and sophisticated service.

The target market for Intapp is the dynamic and growing Private Capital Market (Private Equity, Direct Lending, Real Estate, Venture/Growth, FOF and Institutional Investors, Investment Banks and Corporate Development arms of the Fortune 1000).

What you'll do:
  • Own your individual sales funnel and targets while contributing to the team's broader goals across Investment Banking, with accountability for driving expected value from your target region and market.
  • Identify and qualify new prospects through targeted networking, phone and email prospecting, internal Sales Development resources, and existing client relationships — continually building a sustained pipeline exceeding $1M in opportunity.
  • Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles by understanding prospect buying behavior, orienting the sales process to drive decisions, and leading negotiations at the executive level.
  • Coordinate the development, delivery, and presentation of proposals while managing accurate and up-to-date sales reporting throughout the cycle.
  • Handle escalations, surface new ideas, and implement innovations that improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the broader team.
What you’ll need:
  • 8+ years of sales management experience in consultative, value-based selling with a proven track record of exceeding quota and leading high-performing teams.
  • Background in banking, expert networks, consulting, accounting, or financial technology — with specific exposure to Investment Banking and Private Capital Markets.
  • Domain expertise across investment banks, venture capital, private lenders, or similar institutions, ideally gained through selling enterprise software or working directly within the private equity or investment banking sector.
  • Experience engaging clients in a structured, value-based sales process with the ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying environments.
  • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial, with excellent communication and presentation skills, strong ownership instincts, intellectual curiosity, and a confident, goal-oriented approach.
