Hybrid – London based.

What you will do:

• Support Client Engagements – Contribute to client implementations by assisting with platform configuration, data preparation, and documentation under the guidance of senior consultants.
• Deliver Small Projects Independently – Manage and execute smaller‑scale client projects (typically 10–20 hours) with increasing autonomy and accountability.
• Data Analysis & Preparation – Analyze legacy client data sets and use Excel to map, normalize, and import data into the platform, ensuring accuracy and usability.
• Project Management Support – Maintain internal systems and documentation, track project timelines, log utilization hours, and ensure delivery of in‑scope requirements.
• Learning & Development – Actively build knowledge of the DealCloud platform, implementation methodology, and supported industries such as private equity and investment banking.
• Team Collaboration – Serve in a supporting role on complex projects led by senior consultants, contributing to delivery milestones and client satisfaction.

What you will need:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in software implementation, professional services, or applicable industry experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and comfort working with data sets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
• Collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn from experienced team members.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and professionalism.

Bonus if you have:

• Exposure to private capital markets or investment banking workflows.
• General understanding of CRM platforms or enterprise SaaS solutions.
• Ability to apply entry‑level consultative skills in client interactions.
