Intapp is seeking a Product Support Engineer for our Collaboration and Content product team. The ideal candidate will have experience triaging complex issues for Microsoft technology-based solutions and is comfortable working in a team environment where processes are continually evolving. Previous experience in Legal or Professional Services or Enterprise Content Management is preferred.
What you will do:
- Manage customer support requests and provide timely and accurate responses.
- Create, prioritize, track, and update customer issues/features in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Provide training to first/second-line support staff from customer or partner organizations.
- Participate in ongoing rota to provide cover for our EMEA customers.
- Provide IT systems support for Collaboration and Content staff.
- Create and maintain documentation, including near-real-time updates to the Collaboration and Content Knowledge Base.
What you will need:
- Experience providing technical support and solving issues.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 technology stack.
- Knowledge of IT systems administration tools and best practices.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Experience using a Service Desk platform.
